  • Other international destinations

Delivery Times

UK Orders: Typically arrive within 3-7 business days from dispatch.

European Orders: Usually delivered within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

US & International Orders: Generally take 7-21 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We strive to keep our shipping rates as affordable as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely.

Order Tracking

If you have placed an order within the UK, once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey to you.

If you have placed an order outside of the UK, your order will not be tracked but will come with a certificate of postage receipt which can be requested from us by contacting endobloomuk@outlook.com.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there's an issue with your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're here to help resolve any problems and ensure you receive your EndoBloom products.

Please note if you have placed an order outside of the UK and in the rare event your parcel is lost, we must submit a claim with royal mail and this process can take up to 90 days, during this time your order value may be unavailable for refund while the investigation is ongoing. Pleas bear this in mind before placing an international order.
